3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
50g plain, milk or dark chocolate (melted)
- Peel each banana and cut in half (width ways).
- Roll each banana half in desiccated coconut and place a clean lolly stick into the centre of the banana until secure.
- Using a teaspoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana lolly.
- Place in the freezer for at least an hour before serving.
