Wholemeal pitta breads
Add your choice of toppings.
I used grated cheese and diced green peppers
but it usually depends on what I’ve got floating around in the fridge!
Pop under the grill,
Keep an eye on them until cheese has melted to your preference
Cut into small triangles for a bite sized nutritious snack or load on the toppings and serve whole for a quick an’ easy tea.
