This one couldn’t be simpler…..

1 tub of low fat natural yoghurt

1 bag of frozen berries

Equipment needed: lolly moulds and wooden lolly sticks

 

method

·         Using lolly moulds or a deep muffin tin, place a layer of frozen berries in each mould.

·         Pour low fat plain natural yoghurt over the berries, almost to the top of the mould.

·         Add a few more berries to the top then place a clean lolly stick in the centre of the mould.

·         Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
