From the moment your baby is conceived the Mother’s diet can have a positive influence on the infant’s growth and development not just during pregnancy but for many years to come.

Pregnancy can be a truly magnificent time for any mum-to-be but it can also be very demanding. Knowing what foods and drinks will benefit you and your baby through this exciting journey can help to ensure your baby gets the best start in life.

Once your baby has arrived life can be a whirlwind of emotions and it’s too easy to put nutrition to the bottom of your priority list. In fact, ensuring mum eats, drinks & snacks well can have a very positive influence on both her health and that of the new baby.

Catherine’s pregnancy workshop includes;

A 2 hour workshop covers everything you need to know about what your unborn baby needs nutritionally, what foods to avoid or limit during your pregnancy, cravings, morning sickness, heartburn and any other questions you may have about nutrition and pregnancy. Suitable for pregnant women and/or their partners at any stage of pregnancy.
