New Mums

  • “The weaning course with Catherine was wonderful. It was very relaxed and carried out in a small group which meant there was a good opportunity to ask questions. The aftercare has been truly amazing. My daughter has reflux so I was quite anxious about weaning but Catherine’s aftercare support following the course has given me the reassurance and confidence that I needed. Thank you so much.”

“Thank you for a very informative session, it has made me feel a lot more confident and prepared. I particularly enjoyed the pace of the workshop and being able to stay in contact with Catherine throughout the weaning process.”

    • Sally,
    • Mum to 5 month old Grace, Surrey

  • “Catherine's advice and support has been fantastic. She has provided both general guidance in relation to weaning, and specific advice for my daughter’s allergy. Catherine has regularly checked how my daughter is getting on, and has provided ongoing support beyond the initial stages. Since involving Catherine in my daughters weaning I have found that the process has been much easier, more enjoyable and that I am more relaxed about introducing new foods and textures. Thank you Catherine!”

  • “We recently worked with Catherine on my son's fussy eating. She was outstanding - very experienced and actually listened to our concerns and challenges. She offered practical advice that was tailored to my little boy and our family's schedule. She adopts a completely non-judgemental approach and invests a lot of time following up and tracking progress. The biggest testament to her approach are clearly the results which we saw within a few weeks of starting sessions with her. I just wish we'd contacted her sooner!”

  • “I would definitely recommend Catherine. Our 2 year old boy started to become increasingly picky from the age of about 16months. He would only want to eat soft food and refused meat or fish, which left us with limited choices. Mealtimes were a struggle so we searched for a paediatric nutritionist and found Catherine. She was very thorough going through his history and offered us different tactics and advice. She also put our mind at ease that things would improve and they did. With Catherine’s help we are slowly seeing changes in our little boy's eating habits and were happy to report to Catherine when he ate a chicken nugget!”

  • “Catherine’s weaning workshop is a must for first time mums who don’t have a clue where to begin. Following a very relaxed and informative couple of hours I now feel confident and excited about getting started. Catherine was amazing and very happy to answers all of my questions! Thank you!”

  • “I heartily recommend Catherine and her weaning workshop. I don't know what I would have done without her help and advice! She is so warm and knowledgeable - I felt comfortable to ask her anything. A must for all first time mums and dads.”

    • Becky,
    • South West London
  • “Catherine's weaning workshop was really clear and at just the right pace. All the takeaway information was really useful but the greatest part was the really supportive advice she provided after the course once I'd embarked on the weaning adventure and realised it was much trickier than I had been expecting! Catherine was reassuring and offered helpful tips.”
